Student-created research remains the intellectual property of the student authors. By participating in Ignite Achievers programs, students grant Ignite Achievers LLC a non-exclusive license to use their research outputs for academic, promotional, and educational purposes, always with clear attribution. Students are encouraged to seek external publication and Ignite Achievers will provide publication support upon request.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Eligibility and Timeframe: Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@igniteachievers.org within 30 days from the original payment date.
Administration Fee: All approved refund requests are subject to an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the original payment. This covers costs related to payment processing, administrative efforts, and enrollment procedures.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds, minus the administration fee, will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 15 business days following approval.
Conditions and Exceptions: Partial refunds may apply based on the extent of participation and service utilization at the discretion of Ignite Achievers LLC. Refunds requested beyond the stipulated 30-day period may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and are subject to additional review and approval.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Michigan, USA.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Ignite Excellence Scholarship Program Terms & Conditions
Scholarship Amount: Ignite Achievers commits to providing scholarships of up to $10,000 USD per eligible student selected by the Admissions Committee. The final awarded amount per student may vary based on the Committee’s evaluation. The total amount awarded will not necessarily reach the maximum potential of $120,000 USD across all recipients.
Program Dates: All program dates, including application deadlines, selection interviews, and program start dates, are subject to change at the discretion of Ignite Achievers. Applicants and participants will be notified of any changes promptly.
Tuition and Remaining Fees: Scholarship recipients will receive awards based on the current published tuition fee of the Ignite Achievers 1-on-1 Research Program. If the awarded scholarship amount does not fully cover the total program cost, the student and/or their family will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance before the program start date.
Transparency and Selection Process: Ignite Achievers is dedicated to maintaining full transparency, fairness, and impartiality throughout the application, selection, and award processes. All applicants will be evaluated based on merit, academic achievement, and personal potential, without discrimination.
Research Paper Publication Support: While Ignite Achievers provides substantial academic support, professional assistance for submission to reputable academic journals or conferences is not included in the standard scholarship program. If desired, research paper publication support can be provided at an additional cost, not to exceed $2,100 USD. This additional service fee covers professional guidance, editing, review processes, and journal/conference submission assistance.
No Guarantee of Publication or Recommendations: Participation in Ignite Achievers’ programs or receipt of a scholarship does not guarantee publication in academic journals, acceptance at conferences, or receipt of recommendation letters. All such outcomes depend on individual student performance, academic ethics, and the discretion of mentoring professors.
Right to Amend: Ignite Achievers reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw any part of the Ignite Excellence Scholarship Program or associated policies without prior notice, ensuring compliance with educational standards and legal requirements.
